Speaking of neglect

Check out these sad specimens on my front porch.

Not sure why one plant is thriving while the other is so obviously dead.

Poor thing. It's wearing the wreath that fell off my door like a hat,
but I don't think it's a very good disguise.

So what have I been doing instead of looking after my plants?

Well, I've been drinking coffee.

And eating a most delicious lemon bundt cake.

And finishing this book, which was most delightful.

What have you been up to this fine summer day?

As one who kills plants out of kindness, plants are over-rated. Buy plastic ones; they are hardy enough to withstand the likes of me!

I approve of your choices as alternatives to plant care!

I went and picked up a package that had my name on it! And inside I found a lovely lovely market bag...HANDMADE!!!! And there was this ADORABLE little bee backpack inside for Dear Bebe, too! WOW!
Tooooooooo cute. She loved it.

Thank you so much! You are an amazing crafter. I am in awe!

PS. I am terrible with plants, too. Only spider and tomato plants it seems like me.
