Toadstools

Remember this swap? Yesterday I got my own toadstool from Kim in Germany. Imagine my delight when I opened the box, dug through the packing and pulled out this little gem.

A toadstool jar! How wonderful is that? And filled with sewing notions as well. I'm such a lucky girl.

Also inside was the fabric toadstool. She used Amy Butler fabric (my favorite) and stuck pins in the top for a pincushion. Thank you so much Kim. I love it all.

Consider this the before picture. I couldn't get him to sit still for a portrait. Little Oliver is on his way for his hairdo. Does he look a bit nervous?

Love the toadstool bounty. Olive does not look happy. Our dogs are going to the groomers on Wednesday, maybe I'm do before and after shots.

oooh! the toadstool jar and pin cushion are wonderful!

... I've found the only way to get really good shots of Sally is to wait until she's sleeping ... or is on the prowl. :)
