Personality

I just completed this personality test that I found through Lark. It was easy and the results were eerily accurate. It even suggests nurse as a possible career. Why didn't I do this quiz years ago?
These are my results --

Your personality type:

Quiet, kind and conscientious. Can be depended on to follow through. Usually puts the needs of others above their own needs. Stable and practical, they value security and traditions. Well-developed sense of space and function. Rich inner world of observations about people. Extremely perceptive of other's feelings. Interested in serving others.

Careers that could fit you includes:

Interior decorators, designers, interior decorators, designers, NURSES, administrators, managers, secretaries, child care/early childhood development, social work, counselors, paralegals, clergy, office managers, shopkeepers, bookkeepers, homemakers, gardeners, clerical supervisors, curators, family practice physicians, health service workers, librarians, medical technologists, typists.

These sort of tests always make me nervous. What if it comes back saying negative things about me?!!

Incidentally, I'm not sure whether applique takes feed dogs up or down. I suspect down because that would facilitate movement of the needle. I'm hoping Peppermint Patcher will advise.

What kind of career is "typist" exactly?

I love having my students do these things; sometimes they're very indignant if it says they should do something decidedly uncool to teenagers, like teacher.

Based on your list of possible careers, I'm going to say before even taking the test that you and I have the same result.

Now I'm going to take the test.

I just took the test and was pleasantly surprised that I liked (and mostly agreed) with the outcome. :) Thanks for sharing.
