When I have a few hours to myself in the morning, I retreat to this corner of my home. It's in the living room. Just an old couch, but I'm always joined by a kitty or two. I stop at my favourite coffee shop for an Americano (my new favourite drink), grab my latest book (Jodi Picoult's Second Glance) and an afghan (made by my grandma), and settle in for a few hours. Occasionally, I'll also have a nap. Actually, it's looking pretty appealing right now. Gotta go.
