Patience

Have I mentioned that I'm not a very patient person? When I want something, I usually want it right now! This is the case with most things in my life, especially haircuts. I wake up in the morning, feel a bit off, and decide to cut off my hair. Normally this is a problem because it can never get into the hairstylists at the last moment, so I tend to have several stylists at a time. I finally found someone I'm happy with, but she's moving. Yesterday was one of these days. Bad hair completely. I made a last minute appointment with yet a new stylist and this is what I walked out with. She did an okay job, but I'm not sure I'll go back. This is quite a flattering picture, because I really don't look much like this.

I'm also feeling impatient to buy some new glasses. We're off to do that this afternoon. Javier is my consultant, because he seems to have the most opinions about what kind of glasses I shouldn't get.

The last way I'm impatient today is for spring! It's sunny today, about 12 degrees Celcius. Soon it will be time to put away the blanket and pillows on my front bench, and put out some flowers.

My Gnome is certainly excited as well. I think the weekend activities may involve a walk.

Well I love your haircut. I'm exactly the same with haircutting - I never have appointments booked weeks in advance, I suddenly wake up one morning and decide that some of it HAS to go! It can be rather dangerous. x

Great haircut! I can't believe that you switch hairdressers so often ~ I do periodically and it feels like I'm getting a divorce or breaking off with a bad boyfriend! It's quite traumatic!

My dh doesn't care what glasses I wear. I have such poor eyesight that I have to rely on the store's staff (and I always go to the same store because they have great taste in my opinion!!) so it is always a bit of a surprise what my glasses end up looking like!

Truthfully, I love the hair cut--it looks sooo easy to care for!
