I figure with all the talk about the economy and having fewer dollars to spends, we all need ideas on how to spend just a little.
These are some of the things you can buy for $2 these days.
A cup of coffee and great conversation with my girls down at the coffee shop (My favourite way to spend coin)
40 5 cent candies at the corner store (This would be Lizzie's fave)
The weekend newspaper (And Javier's)
A slurpee (Heaven on one of our scorching summer days)
2 litres of gas with a few cents to spare
(finally under a dollar per litre!)
Fries & a cheeseburger at McDonald's
(not that I'd ever go there of course...)

$2, I'd probably buy a 2 liter of Diet Coke. :-)
I'll come out of lurkdom for a good cause. I would buy a diet Mt. Dew. Or take my youngest and let him pick 2 toys at the dollar store. He would be in Heaven.
depends on the day, but today I'd get a lottery ticket & a single chocolate covered cherry. :)
Craft supplies. Hands down. Can easily purchase 2 bunches of brads at Dollarama. Alternatively, I could get some stickers from Michaels.
I can buy 3 packages of Thrills. Hmmm. Thrills. I forgot about Thrills.
Two dollars really doesn't buy much, does it? Hmmmm... if I had two dollars... I would go to the Wal-Mart photo department and get ten prints made at 19 cents each.
Oh and I forgot to say congratulations on post 200! An achivement of course!
I would turn it into quarters and put it into my change jar. My kids always hit me up for money to but candy at the local store. The greedily take a handful of quarters, hop on their bike and buy swedish fish!

Ugh. The "Tess" comment is me. Long story short: one of my teens set up a mock profile using my gmail account for an experiment and when I picked up my laptop this morning, I didn't realize it was logged into the gmail thing. Blech. So all that stuff, above, from me.
