Travel Tip #2 & #3

Thinking of going away on a holiday? Put your child in a germ-free bubble to keep them away from those nasty bugs all kids seem to pick up at school. I'd say they need at least a week off of school BEFORE a holiday to ensure they stay healthy. Plus, you should probably stay home from work. Just sayin'

And travel with a full array of pain killers, anti-emetics, cold medicines, cotton balls, anti-depressants, etc. Oh and band aids too, in case you are like me and tend to cut yourself while shaving. Boo.

Maybe you should make the ER your next vacation destination? Or health cruise?

Hope you're having fun despite it all!

Great tips! MC Dreamy taught me to carry sinus meds in my carry one in case your head feels like it might explode!

Rats! Well look at the bright side... not in Medicine Hat. Even a cold is a better cold when surrounded by palms.

Have fun!

This reminds me of my sister and her family. It's always been her dream to take her kids to Disney World, so she saved the money and they went early this year for the first time.

Three out of four of them came down with a violent flu while there. I felt SO BAD for them. I bet those Disney theme rides weren't very much fun. Yuck.

We have a mini-vacay next month. I think that we'll avoid human contact (much to my enjoyment!) for a good week before we go. ;)
